Harmony is the consistent, orderly arrangement of parts. Expansion is dependable, continual growth. Fulfillment is the experience of harmony and expansion simultaneously. This is where I work. The words below are attitudes and principles; life-giving ideas and ways of approaching life that create growth and freedom. Applying these ideas consciously, intentionally, and purposefully to our challenges and activities helps us grow into a paradigm of harmony, and swings the doors open wide to find meaning, appreciation, and connection through our adventure.

Through my “freedom-finding approach”, we will explore the unique challenges and opportunities in your world and decide which approach is appropriate. Sharing the story of your accomplishments, hopes, pains, desires, and fears allows us to forge a path specifically for your expansion and fulfillment.

I am committed to freedom as a natural state of being, helping people grow into authenticity and fulfillment. I believe in the importance of relentlessly pursuing our "spark", embracing it, and holding on with everything we've got. Within each of us lies an undeniable story that makes us unique, vulnerable, and wonderfully magnificent! We are here to embrace and share it.

A life full of amazing and challenging experiences, mixed with formal study and sincere searching have shaped me. I was trained at Holmes Institute for Consciousness Studies and Leadership, becoming a licensed spiritual counselor in 1998, and was ordained in ministry a few years later. I've spent years “pounding the pavement” of life integrating understanding and insight, also traveling to many countries globally uniting cultural competency and compassion. Now retired from ministerial life, I am very excited to work in individual, group and organizational settings - in an open-at-the-top manner - diving in deeply to help facilitate real transformation, sustainable growth, and a life of freedom. I am devoted to hearing YOUR story, forging a path that keeps you enthusiastically connected to your Truth.

Our greatest work is embracing and protecting the most important relationship we will ever have: that to our own heart, and our own essence. This is the love affair we want, where genuine freedom lives.

Also, introducing and maturing the methods of consciously connecting you to your essence: community, mindfulness, meditation, and gratitude in a non-theological, non-dogmatic, open-at-the-top manner.

Groups/Teams/Organizations

An opportunity to share our story and cultivate a common vision in a community setting creates an environment of compassion, self-esteem, encouragement, and growth. This is an opportunity to explore the application of life-giving ideas and empowered principles in a group or organizational environment.

Retreats

Hosted locally in beautiful Santa Fe, NM retreats are deep dives over a few-day period to build community and integrate empowered principles and concepts into our daily living. Retreats are intended to be fun, rigorous, relaxing and inspiring.

Intentional Travel and Vacations

Mindful trips to magnificent locations around the planet with a group of like-minded and like-hearted people to welcome lasting growth, paradigm shifts, awe, and inspiration.
